Mary Cole

Mary Cole is a Licensed Professional Counselor practicing in Georgia and Florida with 15 years of clinical experience. She holds a Georgia Licensed Professional Counselor credential (LPC011469), which reflects state licensure and advanced training in counseling.

Mary offers a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where people can explore their feelings, identify unhelpful patterns, and build more effective coping skills. Whether someone is facing emotional dysregulation, anxious attachment, low self-worth, or the impact of past trauma, her aim is to help clients increase resilience and feel more secure in themselves and in their relationships. Clients typically leave sessions feeling understood, more empowered, and with greater self-awareness.

Using a structured yet compassionate approach, Mary teaches emotional regulation strategies to better manage distress and mood swings, helps clients examine and reshape relationship patterns, and supports growth in self-worth and boundary-setting to reduce people-pleasing. She also introduces mindfulness and grounding techniques to ease anxiety.

Her counseling style is warm and interactive. By combining self-exploration with practical tools, Mary guides clients toward improved emotional stability, a greater sense of inner calm, and more confidence in decision-making. Her goal is to empower individuals to manage their emotions, cultivate more secure connections, and move beyond patterns that no longer serve them.

Mary’s practice hours are Tuesday and Thursday from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, and Fridays from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.
