Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I believe therapy can be a helpful and positive experience for you! I am here to guide you on this journey. We will work together toward alleviating symptoms, improving relationships, and reaching your life goals. We will create a safe space where we will be able to communicate openly and honestly. I am nonjudgmental, compassionate, fun, and genuine. I’ve been a licensed therapist since 1994, so I have experience with a wide variety of issues. I use various methods and techniques, and I tailor these to meet the needs of each individual. I love being a therapist because each journey is unique! I do provide some live sessions, but I rely heavily on the asynchronous messaging. I’ve found that this mode offers time for the client and the therapist to process information throughout the communication. This can be very helpful in the process of therapy. I’d love to work with you if it sounds like we’d be a good fit!

Many people ask whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
One major advantage is flexibility – clients can connect with therapists in the way that suits them best, whether by video, phone, live chat, or in-app messaging. That adaptability makes it easier to fit therapy into busy schedules and to maintain continuity of care.
Therapists who provide online care are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to switch practitioners if they want a different fit. For many people, the combination of evidence-based approaches and the convenience of multiple communication options makes online therapy a practical and effective choice for addressing everyday mental health needs.
