Mark Beach

Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships

About

I am a Georgia licensed professional counselor with a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. I have been working in an inpatient setting since 2016, treating men with substance use disorder. Working with individuals with substance use disorder has given me the opportunity to counsel individuals with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, marriage and family relationship issues, as well as emotional and physical trauma.
I am a Christian counselor who uses a client centered approach that is compassionate and interactive towards all individuals regardless of religious beliefs. Empathy plays a large role in my approach towards clients. I believe that all clients should be given an empathetic ear and treated with respect and sensitivity. Cognitive-behavioral therapy is my main approach to therapy. I recognize that all individuals are unique and have specific needs. I work hard to customize each of my therapy sessions to meet the needs of each individual person.
Reaching out for help takes an enormous amount of courage; I want to congratulate you on your courage in taking the first steps to seeking a better and more fulfilling life. It is my desire as a therapist to help you set goals and empower you to reach those goals!
I look forward to working with you.

Is Online Therapy the Right Fit for Your Needs?

Many people wonder whether remote counseling can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions.

One major benefit is flexibility – you can connect in the way that suits you best, whether through video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule.

These services are delivered by licensed professionals, and if you ever want a different therapeutic fit, you can switch therapists. Online therapy offers an accessible option for many people seeking support for everyday mental health and relationship concerns.
