I believe that you are the expert in your own life, and my role is to walk alongside you with compassion and understanding as we make sense of what you’re going through. I work from a person-centred approach, adapting each session to your unique needs. This might mean exploring patterns of thoughts and behaviours, or working on boundaries while finding ways to manage overwhelming feelings, or simply creating a safe, supportive space where you can be yourself without judgment.
