Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am licensed in the UK with 7 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, family conflicts, & trauma and abuse. I also have experience working with motivation, self esteem, and confidence.
My roles have seen me work with a range of people from different backgrounds, with various issues that they have brought to therapy. I work part time in private practice, as well as working in roles supporting vulnerable adults fleeing violence in their home country. I also work to support young adults with their mental health in educational settings. Sometimes people want a specific focus for their work, and others simply need a safe space in which to share some of their concerns.
I believe that there are often links between our experiences in childhood and early adulthood, which lead us to relate to ourselves and the world around us in the way that we do. By understanding these links, we can sometimes seek to break patterns and change behaviours that we find detrimental.
I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.

Maria Fallon is licensed in the United Kingdom and has five years of professional experience as a therapist. She works with a wide range of concerns, helping people manage stress and anxiety, resolve family conflicts, and recover from trauma and abuse, while also supporting motivation, self-esteem and confidence.
Her practice covers many areas including depression, addictions, LGBT-related concerns, relationship and intimacy issues, grief, eating and sleeping difficulties, parenting challenges, anger, career matters, bipolar disorder, coping with life changes, coaching, compassion fatigue and ADHD.
Maria divides her time between part-time private practice and roles supporting vulnerable adults who have fled violence in their home country, as well as offering mental health support to young adults in educational settings. She has worked with people from diverse backgrounds and with a variety of issues brought to therapy.
Maria believes there are often connections between childhood and early adult experiences and the ways people relate to themselves and others. By exploring those links clients can identify patterns and work to change behaviours that feel harmful.
She sees clients as the experts of their own stories and highlights the strengths they already possess to face challenges. Taking the first step toward a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage, and Maria offers support through that process.
Many people wonder whether remote therapy can truly help. For a range of common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties or adapting to life changes – online therapy is comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person work.
A key benefit is convenience. Clients can connect in the way that suits them best – through video calls, phone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging – which makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
Sessions are provided by licensed professionals, and if a different therapeutic fit is needed it is possible to switch therapists. Online formats make accessing consistent support more flexible while retaining the fundamentals of effective therapeutic work.
