For many common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges or navigating life changes – online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One of the main advantages is flexibility. Clients can connect in the format that suits them best – through video calls, phone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging – which can make it easier to fit therapy into a busy routine.
Therapists delivering online care are licensed professionals, and clients are able to switch to a different therapist at any time if they would prefer a different fit.
