Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hi, thanks for visiting my profile page. My name is Mai-Trinh Tran, I go by Trinh. I am licensed to practice counseling in Texas and since 2016, on a part-time basis, have been helping various population groups in dealing with stress, anxiety, relationship issues, trauma, abuse, motivation, self-esteem, & confidence. It has been a privilege for me to work with women survivors of domestic abuse and human trafficking. I also enjoy accompanying the young adult population facing challenges relating to sexual behaviors, intergenerational issues, and family dynamics and boundaries. My approach is based on the belief that you are the expert of your story and you have the resiliency and strength to overcome life challenges. My part is to help you discover such strengths and develop concrete plans leading to a healthy self-image and lifestyle. I also believe that as humans, we have choices and are responsible for our decision-making. It is a matter of creating and intentionally taking on choices that are best for you – even when circumstances seemingly dictate otherwise. I am glad that you are here. Taking the first step to sign up for therapy is a huge undertaking and I wish you peace and courage!
