I have specialized training in EMDR to work with clients. I utilize cognitive behavioral, motivational interviewing and strengths based techniques and am trained in EMDR to address trauma and/or PTSD. I also have specialized training in working with Perinatal and Postpartum mothers through the transitions and difficulties of motherhood.
