Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I’m Lucy, a warm, down-to-earth counsellor offering a space where you can talk freely, feel understood, and start to reconnect with yourself.
I work with people navigating life’s messier, more tender moments; whether that’s anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship challenges, grief, identity struggles, or just a sense of feeling lost or stuck.
I’m trained in person-centred counselling, which means I offer a non-judgemental, supportive relationship at the heart of our work together. I also work integratively blending different approaches to shape therapy around you and what you need most.
I welcome clients of all ages over 18, and I’m particularly passionate about working with people in their 20s and 30s, those juggling pressure to “have it all figured out,” quietly carrying emotional weight, or comparing themselves to others.
As a younger counsellor and a parent myself, I bring lived empathy, emotional insight, and a gentle but honest approach, with a little humour when it helps. We’ll go at your pace, your way.
I’m trauma-informed and committed to creating a safe, inclusive space where all parts of you are welcome.

For many common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been found to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility – clients can choose the way of connecting that suits them best, whether that is video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This adaptability makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
Therapists offering online care are licensed professionals, and clients may change therapists at any time if they want a different fit.
