Hello-
I am a licensed independent mental health practitioner and have been practicing for 8 years. I have a myriad of experience in the field including 20 years experience working in the human services, social services, schools and mental health treatment programs to include for-profit and non-for-profit companies. I am an experienced counselor that also mentors, trains and supervises other counselors in my field and has and continues to lead programs or departments in the field.
I have specialized working with individuals that have included the following diagnoses or experiences: trauma, bipolar, schizophrenia, career changes, depression, relationship issues, abuse, anxiety, stress management, grief, bullying and transitional life changes along with others. I utilize a style and therapeutic approach that best suits the clients needs and adapt, which is in alignment with a person-centered approach also psychodynamic approach which explores individual needs and motivations.
My training and education have consisted of two masters degrees one a Masters of Science degree in Counseling and the other a Masters of Arts degree in Sociology. It has been my life’s work and focus to better the circumstances of those I encounter and provide services.

Lucritia (Ann) Sayles is a licensed independent mental health practitioner who has provided clinical care for eight years. She holds a Nebraska license as an independent mental health practitioner, listed as NE LIMHP 1501, and blends clinical skill with a long history in human services.
Her background includes 20 years of experience working across human services, social services, schools and mental health treatment programs, with roles in both for-profit and non-profit organizations. She also mentors, trains and supervises other counselors and has led programs and departments within the field.
Ann has worked with individuals facing a range of concerns, including trauma, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, career transitions, depression, relationship problems, abuse, anxiety, stress management, grief, bullying and other life changes. She tailors her therapeutic style to each person, using a person-centered foundation alongside psychodynamic ideas that explore individual motivations and needs.
Her academic preparation includes two master’s degrees: a Master of Science in Counseling and a Master of Arts in Sociology. Improving the circumstances of those she serves has been the focus of her professional life, and she invites people to begin a wellness journey with her.
