Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) committed to providing a tailored approach that follows your pace and your goals. With over 17 years of experience working in Europe and California’s Central Valley, I have had the privilege of working with children of all ages, families, and older adults from diverse cultural backgrounds.
I particularly valued my work in psychiatric public hospitals, foster care, and schools. I specialize in anxiety disorders, OCD, PTSD, depression, and adjustment disorders.
My therapeutic approach incorporates evidence-based modalities such as; Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I believe in creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can explore your challenges and discover pathways toward meaningful change.
Making a change in our lives is not easy. It requires the ability to pause, notice when something feels wrong or uncomfortable, and find the courage to seek new options. Sometimes we turn to friends and family for help, and sometimes we need the neutral, compassionate support that counseling provides. For you to be here, looking for support, is already an empowering act. It reflects your desire for better outcomes and your hope that life can improve. I will walk alongside you as you build on your strengths, develop new tools, and create the changes you want for yourself and your family.
