Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I’m Lucy Peacock and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor based in Katy, TX. However, I can serve anyone in the state of Texas.
As someone who has experienced struggles and challenges personally and professionally, I know what it’s like to feel misunderstood, have hurtful things said, or told to “get over it”. These experiences have taught me humility and how to better meet individuals where they are.
My clinical experience includes working in a variety of settings such as nonprofit mental health and social services such as the Houston Area Women’s Center, Fort Bend Women’s Center, and most recently The Menninger Clinic. The majority of my work is with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, difficult life transitions and parent coaching. I’m particularly passionate about helping women in all stages of life find balance, joy and fulfillment.

Many people wonder whether remote therapy can produce real results. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or managing life changes, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
A key advantage is flexibility – clients can choose the format that feels most comfortable, whether that is a video call, a phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. This versatility often makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule.
Sessions are provided by licensed professionals, and clients may change therapists if they want a different fit.
