Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hi my name is Lisa Tuthill and I am a License Professional Counselor (LPC). I hold my LPC in the state of Wyoming where I lived for ten years. I currently live in California and have been in the mental health field for over 15 years. Over the last 6 years I have also pursued a Spiritual Coaching Certification. Along with my Mental Health practice I also work in my coaching practice with Individuals that relate to being Highly Sensitive and Empathic. Specifically those in the health and wellness entrepreneurship role.
My approach to counseling and coaching is to provide an environment that allows you to feel comfortable and safe to open up about what you would like to work on. I have what I call a tool bag that allows me to find what fits for each client as we are all unique. Some techniques I use is a Mindfulness through the holistic approach. I believe it is important to be able to ground ourselves as we continue through our journey in this world. My approach is also to get to know the client and meet them where they are at emotionally.

For many common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or major life transitions – online therapy can be as effective as traditional in-person care. Research and practice have shown that remote sessions work well for these typical issues, offering outcomes comparable to face-to-face appointments.
One key benefit is flexibility. Clients can choose the format that suits them best – video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging – which makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule. This adaptability can remove barriers and support consistent participation in treatment.
Another advantage is continuity of care. Licensed professionals provide online services, and if a client feels a different fit would help, it is possible to switch therapists. The combination of proven effectiveness and practical convenience makes online therapy a strong option for many people seeking support.
