Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hi, I’m Lisa, thanks for taking the time to read my intro page.
I am in private practice seeing individual clients and also offering supervision to other therapists. You will find a brief about my credentials and experience at the bottom of the page.
I am currently looking to work with clients struggling with anxiety and low mood. If the following info speaks to you then it would be good to meet for an initial consultation …
Anxiety, which may have been a thing that started small, a thing you thought you could ignore or manage, can grow out of all proportion until there comes a time when we find that anxiety is controlling our lives and our freedom. It can become the central focus of our days and when we end up realising that a large amount of time is now being given over to avoiding situations, places or people, we know without doubt, that we are in trouble and need some help.
When anxiety has grown to this extent we can begin to feel desperate and hopeless. The avoidance of activities that we used to take for granted leaves us isolated and it is sad then to feel like we are on the outside of life looking in and unable to re-engage.
To recover your life we need to bring the anxiety into sharp focus and understand what is happening to you and why, and that’s where I come in. Through a combination of psychoeducation, motivational interviewing and bodywork we can get you back on track enjoying life and thriving – many clients who have struggled for years find that this work can be accomplished in a relatively short frame of time….
My Credentials:
I qualified in 2022 with a Post Grad. Diploma in Integrative Therapy and Counselling. As part of this training I completed two clinical placements which involved working for several years with a substance misuse agency and a charity offering long term therapy to GP referred clients.
I have also gained considerable experience by working with young adults as a mentor and therapist through the YMCA and am trauma informed through extensive training and work for a rape crisis service.
I am fully insured and a registered member of the BACP (British Association of Counsellors & Psychotherapist) abiding by the ethical code and framework set by that organisation.

Lisa Martucci works in private practice, seeing individual clients and offering supervision to other therapists. Based in the United Kingdom, she brings 11 years of experience to her clinical work.
She is currently looking to work with people who are struggling with anxiety and low mood. Lisa recognises how anxiety can begin as a small, manageable feeling and then expand until it governs daily life, prompting avoidance of situations, places or people and increasing isolation.
When anxiety reaches that stage, people can feel desperate and hopeless, as activities they once took for granted fall away. Lisa aims to bring the anxiety into clear focus and to understand what is happening and why, so recovery can begin.
Her work combines psychoeducation, motivational interviewing and bodywork to help clients regain confidence and re-engage with life. Many clients who have struggled for years find that meaningful change can be achieved in a relatively short time frame.
