It’s an honor to be considered as a partner in your quest to feel better. Reaching out for help is not easy, but I know first hand how much courage it takes and the benefit from professional therapy when you find a good fit.
I am a licensed clinical social worker in Missouri (LCSW) and in Kansas (LSCSW) and have provided therapy services for 16 years to individuals, couples, and families with a client-centered approach. I listen first before jumping in with any suggestions. You are the expert on you and your situation and I offer options from which you can choose. I also believe if you are not getting what you need in therapy, you have a right and obligation to let me know so we can find a solution that works for you. If you need something that I cannot provide, a referral will be made to someone with that particular training. I believe in short-term therapy to reach the goals you are looking to achieve.
My expertise includes working with those struggling with depression, anxiety, OCD, marital conflict, mid-life crises, aging, grief and loss, parenting issues, and faith-based issues. I provide a non-judgmental approach and encourage self-esteem and improved communication to have the life we all need and deserve. Thank you again for considering me as a possible source of help.

Lisa Daly welcomes the opportunity to work alongside people seeking to feel better and to meet their goals. She recognizes that asking for help takes courage and that meaningful progress often comes when a client finds a good therapeutic fit.
She is a licensed clinical social worker, authorized to practice in both Missouri and Kansas, and brings 19 years of clinical experience working with individuals, couples, and families. Her approach is client-centered: she listens first before offering options, acknowledges that each person is the expert on their own life, and presents choices so clients can decide what feels right for them.
Lisa encourages open feedback during therapy and invites clients to say if their needs are not being met so the pair can find a better solution. When a client requires services outside of her training, she will provide a referral to a clinician with the appropriate expertise. She favors a short-term, goal-focused model aimed at helping people reach the outcomes they seek.
Her areas of practice include stress, anxiety, relationship and family conflicts, grief and loss, depression, addictions, LGBT issues, trauma and abuse, intimacy-related concerns, parenting challenges, anger management, self-esteem, bipolar disorder, coping with life changes, and ADHD. She offers a non-judgmental, supportive environment that emphasizes improved communication and stronger self-esteem as pathways to the life clients want and deserve.
Many people wonder whether virtual therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and adjustment to life changes, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person care.
One of the main benefits is convenience. Clients can connect in the format that best fits their needs and schedule – video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging – making it easier to maintain continuity of care.
Sessions are provided by licensed professionals and therapists, and you may change therapists at any time if you decide another fit would be better. Online therapy offers a flexible way to engage in treatment while addressing many of the same concerns typically treated in office-based settings.
