Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I’m glad you are here! It takes a lot of courage to take this first step. I believe that:
Healing is not a destination, but a journey. Let’s walk together!
I understand how trauma creates an underlying feeling of not being safe in the world. Your body and mind are hyper-aware of all the potential dangers around you. We work together to make sense of what has happened, how it impacts your life today, and how to move through it to create the life you want, so that you can enjoy your life.
We will work together to help you develop self-awareness, self-acceptance and compassion. I am here to provide a safe, supportive space for you to be vulnerable, unpack your dark parts, make sense of what you’re going through, and find your way and to help you get to where you want to be.
I will help you shed old ways of being that once helped you, but now work against you. I help you reconnect with your true self, higher self, younger self, future self, your strengths, and intuition. I will help you come home to yourself.

Linnea Haun acknowledges the courage it takes to begin therapy and offers steady, compassionate support as people move through healing. She understands how trauma can leave someone feeling unsafe in the world, with body and mind remaining hyper-aware of potential dangers, and she works collaboratively with clients to make sense of what happened and how it affects their lives today so they can move toward the life they want and enjoy it.
She helps clients develop greater self-awareness, self-acceptance, and compassion by providing a supportive space to be vulnerable, explore difficult memories, and untangle patterns that no longer serve them. Linnea assists people in letting go of old coping strategies that once helped but now hinder, and in reconnecting with their true self, higher self, younger self, future self, strengths, and intuition – guiding them to come home to themselves.
Her specialties include stress, anxiety, addictions, grief, self-esteem, depression, trauma and abuse, career concerns, coping with life changes, compassion fatigue, and ADHD. Linnea is a female, older, non-religious, liberal therapist practicing in Wyoming.
She holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Mental Health Counseling from Walden University in Minneapolis, Minnesota and is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Wyoming. Her credential is WY LPC 2280. Linnea has 6 years of experience working as a mental health therapist and addiction counselor.
