Linda Arrossa is a solution-focused counselor and a board-certified life coach who helps people discover their potential and shape a life worth celebrating. Drawing on nearly three decades of practice, she works with clients to better understand current challenges and to develop practical steps forward - acknowledging that the past cannot be changed but that present patterns can be examined and redirected.
She combines complementary therapeutic approaches and coaching techniques to identify long-standing behavior patterns and negative perceptions that may limit fulfillment and meaning. Her clinical focus includes stress, anxiety, relationship and family conflicts, grief, depression, addictions, trauma and abuse, intimacy-related concerns, parenting challenges, self-esteem, career difficulties, coping with life changes, coaching, and compassion fatigue.
Over the course of her career she has also served as a school counselor and has taught pre-practicum, practicum, and internship courses for new counselors. She holds licenses to practice as a clinical professional counselor and as a marriage and family therapist, is board-certified as a life coach, and holds certifications in alcohol and drug counseling and professional mediation. Linda practices in Idaho and brings 29 years of experience to her work with individuals and families.
Many people ask whether virtual therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, or adapting to life transitions, online therapy has been shown to be effective and can serve as a practical alternative to face-to-face sessions.
A key benefit of remote care is flexibility - clients can connect in the way that fits their schedule and comfort level, whether by video call, phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. This adaptability often makes it easier to maintain consistent care amid busy lives.
Therapists who provide online services are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to change therapists if they prefer a different match. For many people, online therapy offers convenient access to skilled support for everyday mental health concerns and life challenges.
