Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a licensed clinical social worker in the beautiful Upper Peninsula of Michigan. I have been practicing for over five years as a therapist with individuals who largely have concerns regarding anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, loss, and compound grief.
Although my therapeutic approach is largely based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, I utilize a combination of other approaches as well. I am a nationally certified therapist in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and I am also a certified Grief Support Specialist. While these are the typical treatment methods I employ, I respect every individual I work with and I am more than willing to tailor my approach in order to meet your needs. I am empathetic, compassionate, and nonjudgmental. Confidentiality is a must and your sessions with me will absolutely maintain this standard.
I certainly appreciate the courage it takes to reach out for support. I am happy you have decided to proceed and I am truly excited to meet and work with you!
