Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a licensed professional counselor with 10 years of experience working as a counselor in a rural area. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, anger problems, career challenges, OCD and ADHD. I have also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse.
My counseling style is caring, warm, and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don’t believe in stigmatizing labels. My approach combines positive psychology, solution focused, cognitive-behavioral, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing, trauma focused, client focused, and dialectical behavior therapy. My approach is based on how to help you move forward in your life, work through past issues, and figure out how to make a treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. I believe that therapy does not have to be intimidating and serious all the time to be effective and help you improve the way you feel.
It takes courage to seek for a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. If you are ready to take that step I am here to support and empower you.
I look forward to working with you!

Many people question whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, evidence shows that online therapy can be as effective as in-person sessions for most individuals.
One major benefit is flexibility – clients can connect in the format that best fits their needs, including video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it simpler to integrate therapy into busy schedules or to access care from remote locations.
All therapists involved are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to change therapists if they feel a different fit would be better. Online therapy offers practical access and adaptable support for people seeking help with everyday mental health concerns and life transitions.
