Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
One author wrote “It’s better to build boys than mend men.” While I agree whole-heartedly with this assertion this is not always the way life happens. There are multitudes of boys who are in need of mending and countless men who have already grown up without having anyone to build them or help them recover from their wounds. Obviously the home and the community are the ideal places for this to occur, but again we do not live in an ideal world and sometimes it is necessary to seek outside help.
I provide counseling to boys and men, in order to offer help and healing, but also hope. I have been in the helping field for over 15 years and offering counseling for over 7 years.
I take a holistic and eclectic approach to counseling, whether it be evaluating physical, mental/emotional, spiritual and/or social issues in order to work with clients to determine how they can best be helped.

Many people question whether online therapy can truly help. For many common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes – online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One of the key benefits is flexibility. People can connect with their therapist in the way that feels most comfortable, whether by video call, phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. This range of options makes it easier to incorporate therapy into a busy life.
Licensed professionals provide services through these formats, and clients have the option to switch therapists at any time if they prefer a different fit. Online therapy can offer an accessible way to address everyday mental health concerns and move forward with support.
