Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I have been licensed in the State of Connecticut as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) for approximately five (5) years. I pride myself in being attentive to the needs of others struggling with depression, anxiety, and other life challenges that may be of concern. My goal is to build a trusting and authentic connection with anyone needing my help.
We all deserve to be treated with dignity; I offer encouragement, empathy, and genuineness in a non-judgmental space. If you are feeling weighed down, or in need of support adjusting to life challenges, then I am here to help. We can work through these challenges together while learning and growing in the process. By working collaboratively, we will hopefully be able to build trust and cultivate emotional growth.
We are all unique individuals; each with our own story to tell. Although my main approach is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I realize that no two people are the same; therefore each process is adapted to meet individual needs. Life’s a journey and at some point, we all need guidance; let’s take this journey together.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For a range of common concerns – including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and navigating life changes – online therapy can be as effective as traditional in-person sessions for most individuals.
A major benefit is flexibility. People can connect in the format that feels most comfortable for them – via video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging – which makes it simpler to fit therapy into a busy schedule.
Therapists offering online services are licensed professionals, and you have the option to switch to a different therapist if you feel a different fit would work better. This approach makes it easier to find the right therapeutic match while accessing care in a way that suits your life.
