Many people wonder whether online therapy truly helps. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or coping with life changes, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person care.
A major benefit is flexibility. People can connect with therapists in the way that suits them best – via video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. That range of options often makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
All participating clinicians are licensed professionals, and clients may switch therapists at any time if they would prefer a different match. For many, online therapy provides a practical, effective route to support for everyday concerns and transitions.
