Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hi there!
My name is Kristin Taylor and I’m a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker practicing primarily in MA. I have 25 years of experience; the last 15 of which have been in private practice within a holistic wellness center. I have a BS in Education and a Masters in Social Work, which was received in 1994 from the University of New England.
I work with individuals and couples who have difficulty managing anxiety, high stress, depression, parenting , relationship issues, self esteem, conflict resolution, substance abuse, self awareness and childhood trauma.
The people I’ve been honored to work with have best been helped with an eclectic and holistic approach to healing. We begin wherever you are and implement supportive practices to help you find the needed balance, in order to make lasting changes.
I use mindfulness practices, solution focused techniques, strength based approaches, cognitive behavioral therapy and somatic work (which helps to to connect with the body from the inside out). In addition, inner child work, breath work and yoga can be part of our work if interested!
You’ve taken the first step in making a change, and I look forward to providing a safe, supportive ‘space’ to help you move forward.

Many people ask whether remote therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or managing life transitions, online therapy has been found to be as effective as traditional in-person care for most individuals.
One notable advantage of online therapy is flexibility – clients can choose the format that fits their needs and lifestyle, including video sessions, phone appointments, live chat, or in-app messaging. This variety makes it easier to attend sessions consistently and integrate therapy into a busy schedule.
Therapists offering online services are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to change therapists if they seek a different fit. For many people, remote therapy provides a practical, effective way to address everyday mental health concerns while maintaining access to professional support.
