Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker from New York. I have over 20 years experience . I have worked with Depression, Anxiety, ADHD, Behavioral Issues and more. I decided to be a social worker because I did not want anyone to feel alone. I wanted everyone to have someone to talk to. I wake up each day hoping to make someone’s day a little brighter and lighter by being there to listen to them. I will be there to help them make changes to their lives and deal with any obstacles that may come along the way.
I approach therapy by being compassionate, respectful and non-judge mental. I understand that change and asking for help are difficult for many. Taking those first steps can be the hardest. I work with my clients to identify the change they want to make, answer questions about the problem/change and set goals to address the problem/change areas.
I look forward to meeting and working with you as you make changes to your life.

Many people ask whether remote therapy truly helps. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions for most individuals.
One of the main benefits is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that fits their needs, whether by video call, phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. This variety makes it easier to incorporate therapy into a busy schedule and to choose the format that feels most comfortable.
All therapists offering online services are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to switch therapists if they prefer a different fit. Online therapy can be a practical, accessible way to address everyday mental health concerns while working with qualified clinicians.
