Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a BACP registered child and adolescent psychotherapist currently working within primary and secondary school settings alongside PCN clients. I am experienced in supporting clients aged between 5-25 (and parents) with anxiety, stress, self-harm, trauma, abuse, attachment difficulties, as well as children in foster care. I have further training to support neurodiverse individuals with multiple tools including PANDA approach.
I provide a safe, kind and reflective space alongside art and play, offering short and long term therapy contracts depending on need. We can also practise a range of coping mechanisms to support dysregulation in times of anxiety.
Family struggles can feel lonely and overwhelming at times but you are not alone. Reaching out for help is the first step to making positive change.
