Together we can develop goals, strengthening the abilities you already have and move towards living the life you want. We can develop a better understanding of your choices, what control you have within them and the impact this has in your life. Your empowerment to make the changes you want is within you and I am here to support you on this journey. I look forward to speaking with you and starting this new experience.

Working collaboratively, she helps people clarify goals, build on the strengths they already have, and develop manageable plans for change. Her focus is on increasing understanding of choices and the degree of control clients have in their lives while supporting their empowerment to make the changes they want. She welcomes the opportunity to begin that work with new clients and looks forward to speaking with those ready to start therapy.
Many people wonder whether online therapy can make a meaningful difference. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
A key benefit of remote therapy is flexibility. Clients can choose the mode of connection that feels most comfortable – video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging – which makes it easier to fit care into a busy life.
Licensed professionals provide care through these formats, and clients may switch therapists whenever they prefer a different fit. For many individuals, the combination of accessibility and professional support makes online therapy a practical and effective option for addressing everyday mental health needs.
