Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am licensed in Pennsylvania with 25+ years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, depression, family conflicts, coping with grief and loss, and parenting issues just to name a few. I understand individual and family development and am trained in eco-systemic family therapy. It is incredibly important for me to know my clients feels safe, valued, and heard. It is an honor to walk beside someone during a difficult time and provide pathways to healing that fit for each client. I see my role in many ways as to empower, support, and teach as we form a strong therapeutic relationship build on mutuality. Identifying a person’s strengths, looking at patterns, and understanding how a person’s past has influence on decisions and relationships today is incredibly valuable. I myself have raised two young adults and know how difficult it is to blend a family. Relationships are challenging at times however can be so incredibly beautiful. Thank you for making the decision to work on yourself and grow. The first step is often the hardest and you have done it. Bravo!

Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility – you can connect in the way that suits you best, whether by video call, phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. That flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule and to maintain continuity of care.
Licensed professionals provide these services, and if a different therapeutic fit is needed, you have the option to switch therapists. Online therapy offers a practical, accessible route to support for many everyday mental health concerns, while allowing clients to choose the communication method that feels most comfortable.
