Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Texas. I work with clients from many different backgrounds, and have experience counseling individuals from age 12 onward, as well as couples and families.
My specialty of focus is trauma counseling, but I also have an extensive history of helping with anxiety and depression, as well as relationship difficulties and adjusting to life’s challenges. My counseling style is one of compassion and caring. My desire is to facilitate your growth and healing, while at the same time providing a safe space for you to share your emotions.
The therapeutic techniques I utilize consistently include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as well as Cognitive Processing Therapy. These types of therapy styles explore the meanings we attach to significant events in our lives as well as to help break the cycle of negative thought patterns that have developed over time, and to help develop much more realistic and healthy mindsets.
My purpose is not to walk ahead of you, telling you where to go, nor is it to walk behind you, picking up the pieces, but rather to walk beside you, giving you support on your healing journey and working collaboratively with you to find solutions that work for you!
You’ll find that I have a soft approach, and that I will wholeheartedly encourage you to find strength and power within yourself. I fully believe in fostering growth and change through helping you discover your own ability to heal.
This is your safe space for counseling and you are welcome to message me on this site. Please be aware that it is my obligation to respond to messages in no less than 24 hours, but I do make it a priority to check messages as often as possible, and will likely respond in less than that. You do have the option of working with me through messaging, and I can help by providing useful information and tools for you via the messaging platform. You are also welcome to have live session with me, however, if you feel that would be beneficial, and I do those on an appointment basis. All information you provide to me, whether by messaging or any of the live session options, is confidential.
Please be aware that I do check my messages several times per day, but if I am in session or away from my phone or laptop, I may not be able to respond right away. I will, however, respond to your message as quickly as I am able.
If you are experiencing a crisis or emergency and are unable to remain safe, please contact 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.

For many common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or adjusting to life changes – online therapy can be just as effective as in-person care. Research and practice indicate that remote sessions are a viable option for addressing these issues.
One major advantage of online therapy is flexibility. Clients can choose the format that best suits their needs and comfort level – video sessions, phone calls, live chat, or in-app messaging make it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule.
Each therapist offering online services is a licensed professional, and clients have the option to switch therapists if they want a different fit. The convenience and accessibility of remote therapy can help people access consistent support without sacrificing quality of care.
