Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello, my name is Kerry and I am based in the UK.
I would like to thank you for taking the
time to read my profile. Firstly, I would like
to congratulate you for making your
first step towards a brighter future by
recognising you may not be in a good
place and choosing to seek help. Seeking
help is not an easy thing to do and takes
a lot of courage.
Qualifications
I have certificates level 1,2 and 3 in counselling studies, a diploma in humanistic counselling and a BA honours degree in humanistic counselling.
(A little about me)
I am a fully qualified humanistic counsellor,
having worked with a wide
range of clients for over three years. As a
humanistic counsellor, I uphold the belief
that all people are able to reach their full
potential by making changes that suits
each individual person and achieving
internal growth. My approach to therapy
leans towards being person centred; I
achieve this by being non-judgemental
and helping people to find their own
answers within themselves. This is
because we are all unique as individuals
and are the experts of our own
experiences. I will not tell you what I
think you should do in our sessions with
the content you chose to bring, however
I will work with you to try to help you find
your own answers within yourself.
In my personal opinion, it is nice to be listened
to, but it is more fulfilling to be heard!
Whether you decide to chose me as your
therapist, or another therapist on this site
and or beyond, I know you will make the
best decision for yourself. This is your
life, your decision and you deserve to
do what is best for you by making your
own important choice. I wish you well
either way within your selected path and journey.

Many people wonder whether remote counselling can genuinely help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties or navigating life changes, online therapy has been found to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional face-to-face sessions.
A key benefit is flexibility – clients can choose the format that suits them best, whether that is video calls, telephone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging. This variety makes it easier to fit therapy around work, family and daily routines.
Therapists offering remote sessions are licensed professionals, and clients may switch to a different therapist if they feel another fit would suit them better. For many people, the accessibility and adaptability of online therapy make it a practical and effective option for addressing everyday mental health and relationship concerns.
