Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I’m Kerrie and I am fully qualified counsellor and psychotherapist and a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP) offering person-centred counselling therapy.
I have experience in working with self-esteem, anxiety, depression, addiction, childhood issues, stress, loss, relationship issues and life changes. I have worked with children, young adults and senior clients.
I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. In therapy I will provide you with a safe and confidential space where I can walk beside you at your pace through whatever it is that you may bring. Working together to help you connect, understand and develop a way of being in the world that is true to who you are, helping you learn and develop alternative ways to handle the issues that are standing in the way of your goals.
Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.
I provide weekly 45minute sessions on this platform between the hours of 9am-3pm Tuesday-Thursday. Messaging is also available in between sessions.

Many people ask whether remote therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions for most people.
One major benefit is flexibility – individuals can choose the format that fits their life, whether that is video calls, phone appointments, live chat or in-app messaging. This adaptability makes it easier to schedule and maintain regular sessions around work, family and other commitments.
Therapists offering online services are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to change therapists if they feel a different approach would be a better fit. Overall, online therapy can be a practical and effective way to access professional support for everyday mental health concerns.
