Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello, my name is Kenneth Denny. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 30 +years experience providing individual, couples and family therapy. I work with a broad range of presenting issues: such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, loss and grief, anger management, identity, relationship and parenting problems and workplace issues. I have also worked with a wide range of ethnic, cultural and economically diverse populations.
My counseling style is engaging, direct, relaxed, and encouraging. My treatment approach combines psycho educational, cognitive behavioral, mindfulness therapy and family systems and solution focused therapy. I provide a clinical space that is safe, nonjudgemental and supportive. I use these models to assist clients to gain a deeper understanding of their thoughts, feelings, actions, triggers and entanglements. Together we develop a treatment plan that is tailored to address specific issues, increase self confidence in desired areas and to develop a tool kit for assertive self care and personal growth.
Taking a step in your own behalf is the first step in making important changes in your life and being happier and more fulfilled.
I look forward to hearing from you.

Many people wonder whether meeting with a therapist online can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, research and practice indicate that online therapy can be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person work.
One of the main benefits is flexibility. Individuals can connect in the format that suits them best – video sessions, phone calls, live chat, or in-app messaging – which makes it easier to incorporate therapy into a busy schedule or to access care from different locations.
Therapists providing online services are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to change providers if they are seeking a different therapeutic fit. This combination of flexibility and professional licensure makes online therapy a practical choice for many people looking for help with everyday mental health concerns.
