Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hi, my name is Kendra and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the states of Indiana and Illinois. I graduated from the Indiana University School of Social Work. I have over 15 years of experience working with clients who are having difficulty coping with various life stressors, including anxiety, depression, loss/ grief, and relationship challenges.
My approach is to listen, provide support, and motivate clients to discover their strengths. Everyone is unique, so I don’t believe in a cookie cutter approach.
I know that it’s not always easy to reach out for help but it’s one of the bravest things that one can do. I’m here to support you whenever you’re ready. I am available for appointments Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Sundays in the evening.

Kendra Riley is a licensed clinical social worker practicing in Indiana and Illinois. She earned her degree from the Indiana University School of Social Work and brings 16 years of clinical experience to her work with individuals and families.
She supports people dealing with stress, anxiety, parenting issues, depression, coping with life changes, addictions, LGBT concerns, relationship issues, family conflicts, grief, and self-esteem challenges. Kendra’s approach centers on listening closely, offering steady support, and encouraging clients to identify and build on their strengths. She does not use a one-size-fits-all model because each person’s situation and needs are unique.

For many common concerns – including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and navigating life changes – online therapy can be just as helpful as traditional in-person sessions. It offers a flexible option for people seeking support for these issues without changing the core therapeutic work.
One of the main benefits is convenience. Clients can connect with a therapist in the format that suits them best – video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging – which makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy routine.
Licensed professionals provide online therapy, and clients may choose to switch therapists at any time if they want a different match. For many people, online sessions make accessing consistent professional support easier while addressing the same kinds of concerns that bring others to in-person care.
