Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
About Me
I take a solution-focused and strengths-based approach to therapy because I believe every person already has the tools within them to heal and grow. My role is to help you uncover those strengths, build resilience, and create meaningful change in your life.
I specialize in OAAT (One-At-A-Time Therapy) and SST (Single Session Therapy), which means I value making each session impactful, whether we meet once or over a longer journey together. I am also currently pursuing my doctorate in Counseling Psychology, which allows me to integrate the latest research and clinical practices into my work.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with people facing a wide range of challenges, including sexual trauma, eating disorders, substance use, family conflict, and relationship concerns. No matter the circumstances, my focus is on helping clients move toward resilience and post-traumatic growth, transforming hardships into opportunities for healing and self-discovery.
My style is warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental. I want you to feel supported and empowered as we work together, and I strive to create a safe space where you can explore, heal, and move forward with confidence.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For most common concerns – like stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes – online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One of the primary benefits is flexibility. Clients can connect in the way that feels most comfortable – through video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging – which makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule.
Licensed professionals provide care online, and if someone decides they would prefer a different therapist, it is possible to switch at any time to find a better fit.
