I hold a FdSc degree as an integrative counsellor, and hold qualifications as a CBT therapist, I have combining knowledge and training from multiple therapeutic modalities. My training has equipped me with a deep understanding of effective counselling techniques. I continually update my skills and knowledge to ensure the highest standard of care for my clients.
