Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
My name is Kaydianne Fletcher and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida. As a therapist, I have found my true calling. I openly assert that I love what I do and you will be able to see that in our work together. I attained my Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University and have been practicing as a therapist for 5 years. I have experience working in community mental health as well as rehabilitation for addiction.
The treatment of anxiety, depression, mood swings, ADHD, trauma, and substance addiction are just some of the areas in which I have experience. I know the difficulty that comes along with opening up to an unfamiliar person and respect client boundaries. I value my relationship with my clients and will work to maintain an open and transparent atmosphere.
I take pride in offering my clients a safe, judgement free, and relatable environment to discuss any of life’s struggles. As your therapist, I will offer you insight into connections between your past and current difficulties as well as resources for overcoming these difficulties and rewiring some of these connections. Congratulations on taking the first and one of the most important steps in seeking a better life! You will no longer have to struggle or figure it all out on your own. Therapy will be a journey that you and I will embark on together: a process that I am determined to see you through. Are you ready to embark on this journey with me?

Many people ask whether online therapy truly helps. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and navigating life transitions, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility – clients can choose the format that fits their needs and comfort level, whether that is video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This range of options often makes it easier to incorporate therapy into a busy life.
Therapists offering online services are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to switch therapists if they are seeking a different fit. For many people, the combination of proven effectiveness and increased convenience makes online therapy a practical choice for addressing everyday emotional and mental health concerns.
