Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Therapy is a brave step! I am here to listen, support, help, and encourage you as we explore your needs and wants. Our goal will be to overcome roadblocks in your life and help you achieve your personal goals. I want this to be a valuable and beneficial experience for you. My approach is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. As a Social Worker our work will be very solution focused, although we may look at all aspects of your life in order to determine the roots of what is going on in your world.
Originally from Nebraska, I have called the KC metro area home for 14 years. I love anything involving being outdoors, or family time! I have worked with people from all walks of life and believe compassion holds no bounds. There is no topic I will not broach and no truth too big.
I do this work because I enjoy helping others find their own version of happy. I will offer you a reliable, nonjudgmental space filled with compassion and understanding.
I look forward to getting to know you!

Many people wonder whether virtual therapy can really help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and adjusting to life changes, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that suits them best, whether through video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. That flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy into busy schedules and different lifestyles.
Licensed professionals provide care remotely, and if a different therapeutic fit is desired, clients may switch therapists at any time. Online therapy offers an accessible option for addressing a wide range of everyday mental health concerns while maintaining the structure and support offered by trained therapists.
