Originally from New York, she now lives in the quiet suburbs of Pennsylvania with a large blended family and describes herself as well seasoned and well traveled, noting she has made both good and bad decisions and does not judge others for their choices.
She holds degrees from Temple University and Chestnut Hill University and practices as a licensed marriage and family therapist in Pennsylvania (PA LMFT MF000869). With nine years of clinical experience, Kathryn looks forward to helping clients find greater well-being through collaborative, practical therapy.
For many common concerns – including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and navigating life changes – online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility. Clients can connect with their therapist in the format that fits their needs and schedule, whether through video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. That flexibility often makes it easier to maintain consistency and integrate therapy into a busy life.
All participating therapists are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to switch therapists if they decide a different fit would be better. This model aims to make therapy accessible and adaptable while supporting progress on the issues that matter most.
