Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Welcome! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor that enjoys helping individuals become their best possible selves. Before becoming an LPC, I worked as a Registered Behavioral Therapist for 8 years working with clients with a variety of challenges including autism spectrum disorder and ADHD. Additional concerns that I currently help with include depression, anxiety, and anger management. While I have worked with individuals of all ages, I enjoy helping children and adolescents. The majority of my work in mental health has been with younger clients and their families assisting them with issues in their home, school, and communities.
My approach combines cognitive behavioral, solution-focused, and person-centered modalities. I don’t believe that one size fits all and will tailor treatment to meet your unique needs. My counseling style is warm and understanding. I use empathy and active listening skills to create a safe environment where clients feel comfortable being themselves. Reaching out for help is a courageous first step and I am ready to support you.
I look forward to working with you!

Many people wonder whether working with a therapist online can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One of the main advantages is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that suits them best, choosing from video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This range of options makes it easier to fit therapy into daily life and keep regular appointments.
Therapists offering online services are licensed professionals, and clients may switch to a different provider if they want a different fit. For many people, online therapy combines professional clinical support with the practical convenience needed to make ongoing care possible.
