Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
If you’ve ever wondered why you feel what you feel—or why your behaviors don’t match your intentions—you’re not alone. Maybe you keep choosing unavailable partners. Maybe your body won’t settle, you can’t sleep, or emotions hit you in waves you can’t explain. Maybe you’re still carrying wounds from someone else’s betrayal. None of this is random. Your patterns tell a story, and once we uncover that story, you can finally begin to heal.
With 26 years of experience, I specialize in working with men struggling with compulsive sexual behaviors and sexual addiction, as well as individuals navigating the pain and confusion of betrayal trauma. I integrate somatic therapy into the process because trauma isn’t just a mind issue—it’s a body issue. When the body is included, healing becomes deeper, more intuitive, and more sustainable.
My approach is grounded, direct, and compassionate. I help clients create clarity so they can move out of survival mode and into a life that actually feels like their own. Over the years, I’ve supported clients through addiction recovery, trauma, relationship rupture, emotional overwhelm, dissociation, and patterns that feel impossible to break—always by helping them make sense of the deeper root, not just the surface symptoms.
You are not broken. You are not born “sick.” And you do not have to spend your life managing something you can actually heal. When you understand your patterns, everything begins to shift.
I’d be honored to walk with you through that process.

Dr. Katarzyna (Kat) Holloway brings 26 years of clinical experience to her work with adults seeking to understand and change the patterns that shape their feelings and behavior. She is a Florida Licensed Mental Health Counselor – FL LMHC MH10997 – and offers grounded, direct, and compassionate care from the perspective of an experienced female therapist.
Dr. Holloway specializes in supporting men who struggle with compulsive sexual behaviors and sexual addiction, and she also works with individuals coping with the pain and confusion of betrayal trauma. Her practice addresses a broad range of concerns including stress, anxiety, addictions, relationship and intimacy issues, trauma and abuse, depression, family and parenting challenges, grief, self-esteem, career concerns, bipolar disorder, ADHD, compassion fatigue, and transitions related to life changes and coaching.
She integrates somatic therapy into the clinical process because trauma affects the body as well as the mind – when bodily experience is included, healing often becomes deeper and more sustainable. Dr. Holloway helps clients uncover the underlying stories their patterns tell so they can move out of survival mode and into lives that feel more authentic and manageable.
Over her career she has supported people through addiction recovery, betrayal and relationship rupture, emotional overwhelm, dissociation, and patterns that feel impossible to break, always aiming to identify roots rather than only treating surface symptoms. She emphasizes clarity, practical coping, and compassionate challenge so clients can begin meaningful change. Dr. Holloway believes people are not broken or inherently sick, and that understanding one’s patterns is the first step toward lasting shift.
Research and clinical experience show that for many common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and navigating life changes – online therapy can be as effective as traditional in-person care. Online formats allow people to access professional help without changing the quality of therapeutic work for these common issues.
One of the clearest benefits is flexibility. Clients can choose the mode of connection that fits their needs and comfort level – video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging – making it easier to incorporate therapy into a busy schedule or to continue care from a distance.
Licensed professionals provide online services, and if a client finds they need a different match, it is possible to switch therapists. For many people, the convenience and access offered by online therapy make meaningful progress more attainable while preserving the therapeutic relationship and the clinical skills of trained therapists.
