Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
As a licensed clinical social worker, I’ve had the opportunity to work with some amazing people all around the world. I am an active duty veteran who has worked with children, teens, spouses, GS employees, retirees, and active duty service members. With every client, it’s my goal to make it a therapeutic collaboration and discover their strengths. How can I help guide them to where they want to be? I focus on a holistic approach through self-care and increased awareness. Self-care through physical activity, proper nutrition, sleep hygiene, meditation, and incorporating hobbies or passions into daily practice. These are not just skills I teach but are a part of my own self-care. I meditate daily whether it be mindfulness, guided, or progressive muscle relaxation. I work out 5 days a week with the intent of challenging myself and getting those endorphins firing. I am cognizant about nutrition and sleep in order to properly recover. I play guitar, write my own music, and love trying new activities. My self-care is crucial to staying centered and being the best possible provider for my clients.
Let’s start working on a better you today. It would be my pleasure to come along side you during this journey.
I specialize in the following therapeutic modalities:
ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy)
Addictions
CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy)
DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy)

Justen Bryant is a licensed clinical social worker in Colorado with 11 years of experience. He is an active duty veteran who has supported children, teens, spouses, federal employees, retirees, and active duty service members.
He approaches therapy as a collaborative process, working with each person to identify strengths and to map a path toward their goals. His work emphasizes a holistic focus on self-care and increased awareness as central components of wellbeing.
Self-care practices he promotes include regular physical activity, mindful attention to nutrition and sleep hygiene, meditation, and the intentional inclusion of hobbies and passions in daily life. These are not only techniques he teaches but habits he practices himself. He meditates daily using mindfulness, guided practices, or progressive muscle relaxation, and he maintains a five-day-per-week workout routine to challenge himself and encourage endorphin release. He stays mindful of nutrition and sleep to support recovery, and he enjoys playing guitar, writing his own music, and trying new activities.
Maintaining his own self-care is a key part of his ability to remain centered and to provide effective support. He aims to guide clients to where they want to be through evidence-informed methods and a strengths-based partnership.
He offers help for concerns including stress, anxiety, addictions, sleep disorders, self-esteem issues, depression, trauma and abuse, grief, anger management, career difficulties, bipolar disorder, coping with life changes, coaching needs, and compassion fatigue. His therapeutic approaches include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness practices, and specialized work with addictions.
Many people wonder whether remote therapy delivers meaningful results. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or navigating life transitions, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person care.
One major benefit is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that suits them best, whether by video call, phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. That flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule.
Each therapist is a licensed professional, and if a different fit is needed it is possible to switch providers. Online therapy offers a practical option for accessing skilled therapists while maintaining adaptable scheduling and communication options.
