Hello, and a warm welcome!
I’m Jurgita, your dedicated integrative counsellor. With over a decade of experience and a passion for holistic well-being, I invite you to embark on a transformative journey towards positive change and personal growth.
Before we begin, let’s delve into some aspects of your current experience. If any of the following resonate with you, it could be valuable for our journey:
Overthinking, Struggling to Focus, and Procrastination: Feeling overwhelmed by persistent overthinking, struggling to focus, or caught in the cycle of procrastination?
Anxiety and Worry: Grappling with persistent anxiety interfering with your daily life or finding it challenging to concentrate on tasks due to worry?
Standards and Overanalysis: Caught in the cycle of setting unrealistically high standards or overanalyzing situations?
Sleep and Physical Manifestations of Stress: Struggling with sleep, headaches, muscle tension, or feeling fatigued and emotionally exhausted?
Enjoyment and Satisfaction: Easily provoked or agitated, struggling to find joy in activities, or finding it hard to relax and fully enjoy moments?
Confidence and Imposter Syndrome: doubts about your abilities, fear of exposure as inadequate, or feeling like a fraud despite achievements?
Depression and Overwhelm: Weight of sadness and feelings of overwhelm affecting your daily life?
Grief and Loss: Navigating through the complex emotions of grief and loss?
If any of these resonate, let’s explore together and tailor our sessions to address your unique needs. Your well-being is my priority, and I’m here to guide you towards positive changes.
About Me:
Originally from Vilnius, Lithuania, my journey in healthcare, particularly as an oncology nurse, highlighted the crucial need for competent psychological support. This realisation fueled my interest in psychology and philosophy, leading me to pursue studies in hypnotherapy and counselling.
Our Journey Together:
In our sessions, expect more than just counselling; anticipate a collaborative exploration tailored to meet your unique needs. My integrative approach combines person-centered therapy, mindfulness, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and compassion-focused therapy. I also employ modalities such as Emotional Freedom Tapping (EFT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Flash Technique.
Specialising in your well-being:
I specialise in addressing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, stress, overwhelm, relationship issues, grief and loss, and struggles related to physical health conditions. Your well-being is my top priority, and I foster an environment where you can express yourself openly and comfortably.
Embark on Your Healing Journey:
Taking the first step towards change is a courageous decision. If you’re ready to embrace that courage and embark on a journey of self-discovery, empowerment, and healing, I’m here to guide you. I believe that each person possesses the innate ability to heal, and our therapy sessions are a transformative journey towards a more fulfilling life.
Discover Your Innate Potential:
I feel a profound privilege and passion for supporting individuals like yourself through their healing journey. Together, we’ll unlock your innate potential for healing and create a future filled with resilience and well-being.
I view therapy as a healing journey, recognising each client’s unique needs and resilience. It’s my privilege and passion to contribute to the healing of those who have experienced trauma.
If you’re ready to take the courageous step towards a more fulfilling life, I am here to support and empower you.
Best, Jurgita

Jurgita Dobiliene is an integrative counsellor based in the United Kingdom with over ten years of clinical experience. She invites people seeking change to explore practical and compassionate support aimed at positive personal growth and renewed resilience.
Her practice supports those who struggle with patterns such as overthinking, difficulty concentrating and procrastination, persistent anxiety and worry, or the pressure of unrealistically high standards and overanalysis. She also works with people affected by sleep disruption, headaches, muscle tension, fatigue or emotional exhaustion, reduced enjoyment in activities, low confidence and imposter feelings, depression and overwhelming sadness, and the complex emotions that accompany grief and loss.
Originally from Vilnius, Lithuania, Jurgita’s early work as an oncology nurse exposed her to the need for skilled psychological support, which motivated further study in psychology and philosophy and led her to train in hypnotherapy and counselling. She offers therapy as a female practitioner and also works with older adults.
In session she uses an integrative model that blends person-centered approaches with mindfulness, cognitive-behavioural techniques and compassion-focused methods. She also incorporates practical modalities such as Emotional Freedom Tapping (EFT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) and the Flash Technique when they suit a client’s needs.
Jurgita specialises in work with stress, anxiety, grief, depression, relationship difficulties, trauma and abuse, parenting challenges, anger, self-esteem issues, career concerns, coping with life changes, compassion fatigue and ADHD. She aims to create a supportive space where clients can explore their experience, build coping strategies and move toward meaningful change.
Taking the first step can feel daunting; Jurgita offers collaborative, tailored sessions to help people discover strengths, unlock healing potential and develop practical tools for everyday life.
Many people ask whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties or life transitions, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions for most situations.
One major benefit is flexibility – clients can choose the way of connecting that suits them best, whether via video calls, phone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging. This flexibility often makes it easier to fit regular sessions into a busy life.
Each therapist available is a licensed professional, and clients have the option to switch therapists at any time if they feel another match would be better. For many people, online work provides a practical, accessible route to focused therapeutic support and personal progress.
