Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a dedicated LMHC who has experience working with LGBTQ+, People of Color (POC), and HIV+ populations, mental health (in both inpatient and outpatient settings), and chemical dependency/dual diagnosis clients (in both inpatient and outpatient settings).
I am a very outgoing person as well as a compassionate and empathetic person-centered caregiver. My counseling style is direct and interactive and uses humor therapeutically. My therapeutic approach combines solution focused, cognitive behavioral and dialectical behavioral counseling. Additionally, I am trained in domestic violence, LGBTQ+ issues, BIPOC issues, teaching assertive communication skills, veterans issues (I am a veteran of the US Army), and chronic pain and disabilities.
It always takes an open mind and a courageous heart to step outside of your comfort zone and look to someone else for help. I look forward to helping you on your journey to discovery, recovery and healing. I have personally struggled with depression and anxiety for the majority of my life, thus giving me a much more in-depth understanding of these hefty diagnoses. I hope to talk with you soon. Take good care in the meantime.

Many people wonder whether meeting with a therapist remotely can really help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or navigating life transitions, online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person care.
One major benefit is convenience – clients can choose the communication method that fits their life, whether that is video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to attend sessions consistently and integrate therapeutic work into a busy schedule.
Sessions are provided by licensed professionals, and clients have the option to change therapists if they feel a different fit would be better. For many people facing everyday mental health challenges, online therapy offers an accessible and effective way to get support.
