Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Are you feeling low, worried, stressed, or struggling with decisions at the moment? I can help you to talk things through at your own pace, and we can work together on ways to change aspects of your life and the way that you feel about them. I can help you to discuss areas of uncertainty and frustration in a warm, supportive and non-judgmental atmosphere. Some people prefer to talk mainly about difficulties in the present, whilst others welcome the opportunity to look back to earlier times and understand where emotions like anger, sadness and self-doubt first came from. This can make these problems in the present much easier to deal with.
My commitment is to provide a safe, confidential, non-judgmental, and open space for you to feel both welcomed and supported, and to begin on a pathway towards a clearer understanding and awareness around any present and past concerns you may have. I am a trauma-informed psychotherapist specialising in sexual abuse and incest and have specialist training in helping people re-evaluate their lives and overcome feelings of despair.
I have been fortunate in having a successful career in business management roles, including finance, worldwide logistics coordination, procurement, personnel, and hospitality arenas, and always seek to understand and consider how additional support opportunities might be appropriate and beneficial within the bounds of our confidential and consenting agreements. I don’t think that there is anything better than having as much support as is relevant and helpful.
I hold a Master of Science Degree (DIST) in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy, a Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy Skills, and an Advanced Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. I have an accreditation certificate for the study of Dementia and related patient care, am a registered member of the BACP, and am fully indemnity insured.
Outside of my chosen career, at home, we love to support our local community projects and seek to sponsor individuals taking on new challenges and goals. We have a precious ‘four-legged’ family and so spend a great deal of time outdoors, in all weathers, and snuggled up in front of the fire and a good film during the long winter evenings!
If you feel that I may be able to help you, please don’t hesitate to call me for a chat. My door is always open.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can really help. For a range of common concerns – including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and navigating life changes – online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as in-person sessions for most people.
A major benefit is flexibility. Individuals can connect in the way that fits them best: via video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This variety makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life and to choose the mode that feels most comfortable.
All therapists involved are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to change therapists if they would prefer a different fit. Online therapy offers an accessible route to regular therapeutic support while keeping the core therapeutic relationship and professional standards central to the work.
