Many people ask whether online therapy can truly help. For many common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges or managing life changes – online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
A major benefit is flexibility. Clients can connect in the way that suits them best – by video call, over the phone, via live chat or through in-app messaging – which can make it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
Therapists who provide online care are licensed professionals, and it is possible to switch to a different therapist if you decide you need a different fit. This approach keeps options open while delivering support for a broad range of common mental health and wellbeing concerns.
