Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I have worked in the UK with 3 years experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, trauma, abuse, coping with grief, coping with loss, motivation, self esteem, & confidence. I also have experience working with career difficulties. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion.
I work as an integrative counsellor and have completed a Masters in counselling. My approach combines various therapeutic models allowing me to tailor our work to you individually.
I provide a warm, collaborative and non judgemental space where you can safely express what you are going through without fear of being midunderstood. Whether you’re looking to make sense of something recent or something that has been with you for a long time, I’m here to walk alongside you as we gently explore things at your own pace.
While I primarily work in English, I can also offer sessions in Polish. My polish is more conversational rather than clinical but I welcome clients who feel more comfortable expressing themselves bilingually.
Taking the first step to sign up for therapy can take courage and I am proud of you for getting started!

Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions for most people.
One major benefit is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that suits them best, whether through video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This variety makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life and maintain continuity of care.
All therapists involved are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to switch therapists if they feel a different fit would be better. Online therapy can be a practical and effective route for many people seeking support.
