Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello, I am glad you are here! I am a private therapist and I am accepting new clients currently. Due to COVID 19, I am offering Telehealth sessions remotely.
I am an LCSW and have been working as a professional Social Worker for the past twenty plus years and as a private therapist for the last five years. I have experience working with individuals, families, couples, and adolescents who are dealing with all types of stressful situations and issues. I can help decrease symptoms of depression and anxiety by working collaboratively with clients to improve quality of life, relationships, and improve overall functioning and outlook.
Life is not easy; we must navigate transitions and deal with competing demands. Whether it is an adolescent facing adulthood, relationship or parenting challenges, work and life burnout, employment/retirement stress, aging and medical issues, caregiver fatigue, or another difficult situation I can help by providing individualized client focused support and treatment.
There is nothing more rewarding than seeing clients improve and amazingly transform as a result of our working together. We will use any number of evidenced based and strength based practices with individualized treatment designed to meet specific wants and needs. Talk to me, I make good conversations happen!

For many common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or managing life transitions – online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions. It can be a practical option for people seeking help with these issues.
One of the main benefits is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that feels most comfortable, whether by video call, phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility often makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule and maintain consistent care.
All therapists offering online care are licensed professionals, and clients may switch therapists if they prefer a different fit. For many individuals facing everyday mental health and relationship concerns, online therapy offers an accessible and effective route to support.
