Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Welcome!
The journey of life can be filled with great joys and many challenges. To walk this journey, it is often helpful to collaborate with those who can walk alongside us on the journey with empathic support. Wherever you are on that journey, I am someone who can partner with you.
I am a licensed professional counselor and registered art therapist who is passionate about holistic wellness. I have a Master’s Degree in Art Therapy and Professional Counseling and a Masters of Divinity. I am Person centered, trauma informed and eclectic in my holistic approach to therapy, often utilizing Narrative Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to assist clients in meeting their treatment goals. Being a strengths based therapist, I encourage clients to focus on developing their innate abilities and I empower them to use those strengths to overcome their presenting problems. As a Registered Art Therapist and an ordained minister, I also specialize in using creativity and spirituality for those who want to integrate that into their healing journey in counseling. I am also a registered yoga and meditation teacher (RYT-500) who engages and integrates mindfulness and somatic practices in my work. I have worked in a variety of settings with diverse groups of people of all races, backgrounds, and ages from 3 to 80, on a myriad of presenting problems and diagnoses, emphasizing cultural humility and contextualization with clients. I am especially able to help with depression, anxiety, grief, and adjustment issues, as a comforting listener and helper on your healing journey.
I look forward to us working together to get you to where you want to be!

For many common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or adjusting to life changes – online therapy can be as effective as traditional in-person care. Research and clinical practice show that virtual sessions address these everyday mental health needs successfully for a large number of people.
One of the primary benefits is flexibility. Individuals can choose the communication method that suits them best – video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging – which makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule or to access help from a convenient location.
All therapists offering online services are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to change therapists if they seek a different fit. Online therapy can broaden access to skilled clinicians while preserving many of the therapeutic elements that make face-to-face work effective.
