Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a Utah-licensed, national board-certified, mental health counselor with 3+ years in clinical practice and over 10 years’ professional experience in the field of mental healthcare. I work with individuals, couples, and families that are facing a wide range of challenges. I specialize in helping clients dealing with anxiety, depression, complex trauma and/or PTSD, self-concept and identity issues, substance misuse and addictions, compulsive sexual behaviors, faith crisis, and relationship challenges. [I also provide Christian counseling services for those seeking psychotherapy aligned and integrated with the teachings and spiritual practices of that faith tradition.]
I work with my clients to create a safe and open environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. My approach is authentic and person-centered, and I employ trauma-informed, attachment-based, and emotion-focused therapies, including EMDR and ABFT, in addition to well-known cognitive therapies, such as CBT, DBT, and ACT, tailoring modes of treatment to clients’ preferences and needs.
Taking the first steps toward a more integrated and fulfilling life takes courage, and I am proud of you for getting started! With great hope for positive change ahead, I look forward to working with you in this next chapter of your healing journey!

Many people ask whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes – remote therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One major advantage is flexibility. Clients can connect with a therapist in the way that fits their schedule and comfort level: video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. That variety makes it easier to keep therapy consistent even with a busy life.
All participating therapists are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to switch providers if they feel a different fit would work better. For many people, online therapy provides an accessible, practical path to address everyday mental health needs while fitting into their routines.
