Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Welcome. I know how difficult it is to seek mental health assistance, and am so grateful that you were able to recognize your need for professional health. This shows a level of awareness that many never acknowledge. I hope I am able to assist you in obtaining the kind of life you are seeking by working through the issues you are currently experiencing.
I have been working in the Mental Health field since I graduated with my Master’s of Arts in Clinical Psychology in 2006. I graduated from The University of Texas-Pan American, which is now The University of Texas-RGV. I have worked with a diverse population. I have worked with elderly individuals in nursing homes as they prepared for the end of their lives. I have worked with children as young as 3 years of age through adulthood. I understand what it is like to experience mental health issues, including, self-injury and thoughts of suicide. I also understand what it feels like to be a client in the therapeutic relationship.
I work well with individuals experiencing depression and/or anxiety but welcome any and all issues as they develop. I work hard to help build the therapeutic relationship and foster trust and caring, as these are the building blocks of any relationship.
I look forward to working with you and building strong skill sets to assist you throughout your lifetime.

Many people wonder whether remote therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or navigating life transitions, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person care.
One major benefit is flexibility – clients can choose the mode of connection that fits their needs, including video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This variety makes it easier to integrate therapy into a busy schedule.
Licensed professionals provide care online, and if a different fit is desired, clients have the option to switch therapists. For many, online therapy offers an accessible and effective way to address everyday mental health challenges.
