Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor from Northwestern Pennsylvania and have been providing therapy in various capacities for over twenty years. I’ve worked with many different populations, ages, and in various settings to provide therapy to those in need. I’ve spent a great deal of time honing my skills to best assist those with struggles regarding relationship issues, parenting problems, communication issues, and trauma-related concerns. However, my scope has often included working with individuals who present with depression, anxiety, marital conflict, family conflict, mood disorders, and many others. A great deal of my experience has been centered around children/adolescents, family systems work, and trauma-narrative therapy.
My counseling style is best described as open, warm, accepting, and curious. I’m creative in my treatment planning and provide a unique perspective on concerns presented to me during sessions or other correspondence. I employ an empathic and supportive approach to issues, an do so in a direct manner to best help clients truly work toward enacting change in their own lives. I will gladly tailor any discussions and/ or treatment planning to each client’s individual needs!
Asking for support in our lives can often be a difficult choice, and that’s why I believe it takes courage for individuals to reach out, share their stories, and bravely work on identified goals. I very much look forward to the work we will do together!

Many people ask whether remote therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, or navigating life transitions, online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that fits their life, choosing video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This variety makes it easier to find a format that works around schedules and daily responsibilities.
All participating clinicians are licensed professionals, and clients may change therapists at any time if they want a different match. Online therapy makes evidence-based support more accessible while preserving many of the same therapeutic benefits found in face-to-face work.
